SkyWater, a semiconductor company, is looking for a talented Human Resources (HR) Systems Manager responsible for managing SkyWater HR systems to drive compliant, efficient, people-focused processes and deliver people insights which enable decision making. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and scalability of technology to enable business outcomes. The HR Systems Manager reports to the Director of Talent & HR Strategy and works closely with members of the HR leadership team.


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand organization needs to develop and maintain a HR technology roadmap which delivers strong people insights and a customer-focused experience.
  • Manage and optimize HR technology, including the Dayforce HCM system, reporting tools, and additional systems as required.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within SkyWater systems.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with SkyWater external technology partners, bringing forward innovation and process improvement. Manage external vendor relationships, including budgeting and contracts.
  • Establish standard people reporting, including key metrics and the operating cadence. Analyze data to identify trends and bring forward insights.
  • Serve as the HR department's liaison to the IT department.
  • Manage the workflow of the HRIS team, ensuring quality of work and timely completion of system related assignments with internal and external partners.
  • Provide leadership to the HR team through guidance, coaching, and training to support knowledge of HR system solutions that meet business needs and drive effective people-focused processes.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data, Human Resources, IT or related field
  • Minimum 8 years applicable experience supporting Human Resources organizations
  • Highly adaptable and flexible leader who can manage through ambiguity and change to provide solutions and deliver results
  • Expert in finding tools and solutions that provide insights into workforce trends and performance
  • Experience in developing an HR technology strategy that aligns to strategic outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure HR technology is enabling business outcomes
  • Experience in architecture, configuration and management of a human capital management system, Dayforce strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including effective communication skills
  • Strong project management skills

The annual salary range for this role is $108,400 - $162,600. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
