Position Summary: The Sr. Manager of Internal Communications and Executive Communications at SkyWater Technology will lead the strategy and execution of company-wide employee communications and executive visibility and engagement with our internal audiences. This role is pivotal in aligning internal messaging with our business objectives and shaping how leadership communicates across the enterprise and ensures communication is a catalyst during periods of organizational change. The role will work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Communication to execute change management communications during acquisitions ensuring a seamless transition for employees and ensuring company culture is executed throughout the transition. This role will ensure that a strategy is created and executed to ensure consistent, clear communication across all company locations (MN, FL and TX). This role will be responsible for managing internal communication channels and developing content that keeps employees informed and connected. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
