Development Project Manager **Location:** Washington, DC **Clearance:** U.S. Citizenship required; HUD background check **Certifications:** ServiceNow System Administrator (required); PMP or Agile certification recommended Salary range: $120k - $135k DescriptionThe Development Project Manager provides subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development, ensuring cost-effective solutions aligned with HUD OIG business needs. Duties- Lead ServiceNow system administration, configuration, and upgrades. - Manage application development projects using structured analysis and design methodologies. - Evaluate system requirements, cost, and risk trade-offs for IT development initiatives. - Ensure alignment with HUD OIG IT lifecycle processes, security, and documentation requirements. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - ServiceNow System Administrator certification required. - 7+ years of IT project management experience with development projects. - Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies (PMP, ScrumMaster preferred). - Strong skills in requirements analysis, system integration, and documentation.
