That's why we're looking for a dynamic and visionary Director of Technical Product Management to join our Enterprise Product Management & Adoption team and lead one of the most transformative initiatives in our organization. In this strategic role, you will drive the selection, implementation, and long-term success of a modern SaaS platform for HCM, Financials, Procurement, and Payroll-replacing our legacy PeopleSoft systems. You'll collaborate closely with senior business leaders to align technology strategy with organizational goals, while guiding a high-performing technology team through a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring seamless execution and adoption of the new platform. At the same time, you'll oversee ongoing operations across our PeopleSoft environment, maintaining KPI targets and driving strong SDLC practices to ensure business continuity. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ERP systems-particularly within HCM and Financials-along with a mastery of SDLC methodologies and a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide implementations. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of our enterprise technology landscape, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth-all while working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. While we welcome applicants nationwide, preference will be given to candidates located near one of our office hubs in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
