Job Title: Mechanical/Electro-mechanical Assembler/Test Technician (Contract to hire) Location: 3800 Calle Tecate, Camarillo, CA 93012 Shift: 1st 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire) Hourly pay range: $22/hr. to $28/hr. on W2 without benefits (Based off experience) Job Description: Assembles, tests, and/or solders to customer and/or industry standards. Perform lock wiring, first stage subassembly, and final detailing functions. Performs moderately complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment. Identifies malfunctions disclosed by test data and reworks as instructed. Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. Possess strong mechanical reasoning. Able to implement and effectively apply lean initiatives. Education: High School Diploma/GED.
