What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and complex lab procedures with accuracy

• Prepare reagents, instruments, and biological samples for research protocols

• Operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment

• Accurately record and analyze data

• Partner with colleagues to ensure quality and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent)

• ASCP certification (MLT) preferred

• New grads welcome! Mentorship and training provided

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (start at 6am or 7am)

• PTO: 23 days off + 10 holidays (or double pay if you work a holiday)

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
