This includes direct supervision of production, warehouse and maintenance personnel; regulatory compliance; capacity planning, scheduling and execution; inventory management; OpEx management and cost control; performance tracking and reporting; employee staffing, training and development; and continuous improvement. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
