Primary Duties 1. Inspect the final product for cosmetics.
2. Read the invoice to be certain that the finished product corresponds with the demands.
3. Check invoice for correct billing.
4. Retrieve vouchers for return to Customer Service.
5. Coordinate with the shipping department to pull invoices.
6. Communicate with Finial Inspector and the Finish Supervisor to assure finished product is in compliance with ANC standards. Secondary Duties
1. Assist in shipping.
2. Scan finished jobs into delivery boxes.
3. Cross-Train in other positions (Scanning / Receiving / Assembly) Qualifications
Education
* High School Diploma or GED Experience
* Will train Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be able to read prescriptions
* Able and willing to work as a team
* Able to read and write English Language well
* Have good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail and patience
* Work without supervision
* Must be available to work Overtime and Saturdays when needed Physical Requirements
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand / sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Safety Requirements
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
* Basic understanding of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and the Hazard Communication Program
* Closed toe shoe with heel support Miscellaneous Requirements (for applicants currently employed with the company)
* Must have no disciplinary issues within the last year of employment
* Must have no unexcused absences and/or excessive tardiness within the last year
* Must be able to meet all qualifications listed above
