Manager, Brand & Retail Marketing (Premium Accounts) Summary This role is responsible for leading brand marketing strategy for U.S. premium retail accounts, spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion initiatives. The position develops and executes integrated programs at scale to drive growth across all business segments, ensuring strong brand expression and effective marketing partnerships. Job Description In this role, you will lead large-scale, custom marketing programs designed to drive equity and sales growth across premium retail accounts. You'll partner with sales, merchandising, and account marketing teams to plan and execute compelling programs, from digital storytelling to in-store activations. This includes managing cross-channel marketing tactics such as online placements, email, social media, events, and on-floor creative elements. You will also manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, oversee creative deliverables in partnership with internal content teams, and analyze program performance to share insights and learnings. A key part of this role is serving as the primary point of contact with account marketing teams and representing the brand at key meetings, market weeks, and planning sessions. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $53.00 - $55.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours requirements.
