Position Purpose:
- Develops and implements programs to align workforce and key business initiatives through organizational development, culture, engagement, and compensation strategies.
- Consults with management to identify, design/develop, and implement workforce strategies that support business goals.
- Assesses internal and external environment, drives organizational alignment initiatives, and leads transformation efforts.
- Partners with business leaders to integrate people and data insights into workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Align compensation frameworks with talent strategies to support equitable and performance-driven outcomes.
- Facilitate change management and organizational alignment efforts across departments.
- Present people and workforce insights and recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Apply strategic insight and operational focus to adapt and implement solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Consults with management in the identification, development, and implementation of organizational development programs and processes. Evaluates business initiatives to determine appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions needed to meet organizational goals.
- Identifies data needs, data sources, data collection tools, performance targets/benchmarks, and assessment methodologies. Manages related assessment information databases.
- Facilitates the implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions. Assists management in developing effective strategic planning outcomes assessment techniques. Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing data/information and recommending courses of action.
- Identifies and develops/creates a career path and leadership development program to ensure all employees, leaders, and potential leaders have the necessary skills to succeed. Acts as change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the organization.
- Participates in the identification and development of a competency model to be used in various organizational programs. Develops or aligns performance management program with key organizational goals. Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Coordinates both internal and external resources to provide education and learning opportunities that align with strategic needs of the division and organization. Keeps abreast of the latest organizational development and business trends, tools, and techniques.
- Partners with HR counterparts to support/guide the development, implementation, and follow-up actions associated with succession planning and talent reviews. Mentors and coaches leaders and employees in the areas of organizational development.
- Support compensation-related activities such as job analysis, salary adjustments, incentive design, and progression planning.
- Partner and backup to the Compensation Consultant, contributing to compensation practices, program design and execution.
To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need: Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- Or an additional 4 years job related work experience
- Or an Associate's plus an additional 2 years job related work experience.
Required Work Experience:
- 3 years experience in organizational development, and/or consulting.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement organizational development strategies and interventions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication (oral and written), presentation, and judgment skills.
- Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations to management.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others.
- Demonstrated abilities in developing evaluation tools to assess customers, work processes, and final products.
- Demonstrated consultative abilities in working with a broad/diverse employee population, leadership, and organizational development activities.
Required Software and Tools:
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or other word processing, spreadsheet, database software
We Prefer That You Have:
- Previous experience in a strategic OD, HR or compensation role
- Strong data analytical skills, particularly in compensation benchmarking and pay equity analysis
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree-Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, or related field.
Work Environment: Typical office environment. Work may involve travel between office buildings and some out of town travel.
