You will be responsible for the selection, integration, management and administration of our marketing technology stack, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives measurable impact across marketing and business development teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, curious, and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology. You will work closely with the larger marketing team, IT, sales enablement, sales operations, business development reps (BDRs), and other stakeholders to ensure our martech investments deliver value, drive adoption, and support our growth goals-especially as we embrace new AI-powered marketing tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Martech Stack Optimization, Integration, Management & Administration: Oversee the integration and ongoing management of key marketing technologies, ensuring seamless data flow, optimal system performance, integration across the full tech stack and high adoption rates.
  • Martech Selection & Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing and BDR technologies, ensuring solutions meet business needs, drive efficiency and integrate well within the existing tech stack.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, sales operations, sales enablement, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of martech solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the marketing technology strategy is aligned with overall business objectives and supports both marketing and sales goals.
  • Sales Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with sales enablement to drive adoption and effective use of martech tools (e.g., increasing BDR engagement with platforms like 6sense for hot account follow-up & increased conversion rates to booked meetings).
  • Martech Consolidation: Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate the martech stack, reducing complexity and maximizing ROI.
  • AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, especially AI-powered tools, and champion their adoption to enhance automation, insights, and campaign performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, ABM, sales engagement, analytics, and AI tools).
  • Proven experience integrating and managing complex martech stacks.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, marketing, sales enablement, and business development teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to build business cases for new tech investments and explain complex technology in business terms to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to align martech initiatives with business objectives and measure their impact.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data and technology to solve business challenges.
  • Highly curious, proactive, and eager to explore and implement new technologies, especially in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
