The Global Growth Marketing Manager is a highly skilled marketer who thrives at the intersection of category design, market insights, and innovation. You are passionate about building and scaling full-funnel messaging and campaigns that transform prospects into customer advocates. As a storyteller, data-driven strategist, brand champion, and MarTech innovator, you will drive measurable growth across new logo acquisition and customer expansion, via cross-sell programs. You will execute global growth marketing campaign initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with regional marketing teams, BDR org, product marketing, and content marketing to architect and execute strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You'll leverage advanced marketing technologies (6Sense, Marketo, SalesLoft, Sendoso, Salesforce, HockeyStack) and other AI tools to optimize processes and maximize campaign ROI in a fast-growing, AI-powered cybersecurity environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the planning and execution of integrated global growth marketing programs, driving pipeline and revenue growth across new and existing markets.
  • Act as one of the key cross-functional partners to regional marketing teams andBDRs aligning growth initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute messaging, landing pages, direct mail, and gifting programs that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Use MarTech and AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain a global campaign calendar, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report on program performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, accelerating the pace of experimentation and sharing best practices across the organization.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key vendors and partners, ensuring high- quality execution and on-time delivery of projects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain a leadership position in the market.
  • Mentor and influence peers by sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative approaches to growth marketing.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in full-funnel marketing, including demand generation, ABM, digital, content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep proficiency with modern MarTech stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, SalesLoft, Sendoso, HockeyStack) and a passion for leveraging AI to drive marketing innovation.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
  • High-energy, collaborative, and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a growth mindset and passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel globally to support business objectives.

The US base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000 base + benefits and the UK base salary range for this position is 56,000 - 84,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
