Digital Communications Intern/Co-Op

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Co-Op or Intern to join our team and support our digital marketing and communications efforts in our Cincinnati, Ohio global headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing and communications and is eager to learn and gain experience in both fields.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing and communications campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Help develop and curate content for our social media channels and blog.
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including drafting copy, designing graphics, and building email templates using marketing automation (HubSpot).
• Help shoot and produce the product and corporate photos and videos.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing and communications campaigns and website traffic and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as design and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Competencies Required or preferred

* Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
* Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress) and email marketing platform (HubSpot) is a plus.
* Familiarity with SEO and PPC advertising is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
