Job description
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for compiling and tracking of departmental production and performance data to ensure quality control and efficiency in support of VersAbility' s contract with Military Sealift Command. This position will work alongside the Program Manager and Deputy Program Managers to administer quality control initiatives and assist in facilitating adherence to contract deadlines and requirements. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $30.56/hr.

Responsibilities:
1.Provide general administrative support by processing correspondence, performing data entry, and record management
2.Follow established guidelines, compliance requirements, and Government customer priorities to meet Contract deliverables
3.Responsible for compiling each department's workload monthly and performing routine Quality Assurance reviews to ensure all tasks are completed accurately
4.Produces and uploads computer generated reports, reviews information with onsite managers and supervisors, and transmits information to managers, executives, and other designated personnel
5.Maintains multiple data sets, maintains and reports data utilizing multiple forms of media such as charts, graphs, tables, etc. based on information available.
6.Communicate with the rest of Contract Management to address and resolve day-to-day issues
7.Responsible for organization and maintenance of departmental files, records, and correspondence (hard copy and electronic)
8.Maintain accurate update; internal databases, spreadsheets, reports, records, and filing systems.
9.Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as requested.
10.Performs other duties as required within overall scope of the position
11.Adhere to established procedures, policies, and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
2. Minimum of three years' experience in high level administrative support or contract management.
4. Leadership experience strongly preferred
5. Advanced knowledge and proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as SharePoint.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Ability to calculate and present complicated data as well as experience utilizing internal databases
8. Excellent and professional communication skills
9. Detail-oriented and possessing a high level of accuracy regarding data entry and record-keeping.
10. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
13. Familiarity with military or government administrative processes and systems is preferred.
14. This position requires an Active Secret security clearance or the ability to pass a government investigation to obtain a Secret clearance. Please note obtaining at minimum an Interim Secret Clearance is required before receiving a start date for this position.
The Quality Assurance Manager supporting Military Sealift Command (MSC) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Contract and providing exceptional administrative support to both MSC and VersAbility employees.
