As a strategic HR Business Partner within our client's organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through various key responsibilities. Your involvement in succession planning and data-driven insights will ensure a strong talent pipeline and continuous improvement in HR effectiveness. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and leading special projects will be part of your dynamic role, requiring a strong foundation in HR principles and experience in supporting manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior site leadership, aligning HR programs with business goals and driving strategic initiatives.

- Culture Champion: Cultivate a workplace culture rooted in the client's core values: Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.

- Leadership Development: Coach and mentor managers and employees, empowering them to maximize their potential and contribute to organizational success.

- Succession Planning: Play a key role in succession planning initiatives, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future organizational needs.

- Data-Driven Insights: Oversee the compilation and analysis of HR metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.

- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and support recruitment efforts as needed.

- Process Improvement: Leverage process improvement/lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize HR processes and align with business objectives.

- Project Leadership: Lead and support special projects, contributing to organizational initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field and 7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience;

- OR and advanced degree and at least 5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.

- Citizenship: Must be US Citizen, US Person (Green Card Holder)

- Schedule: 730am - 4pm

- Demonstrated experience supporting an hourly workforce within a manufacturing environment.

- Proven experience establishing self as a trusted HR Business Partner, coaching and advising business leaders, and serving as an employee advocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree (Master's) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

- Experience working within a non-union labor environment.

- Proven experience operating within a large, matrixed organization, with the ability to effectively navigate complex structures and drive results while working remotely from functional peers.

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, with quantifiable results.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Proven ability to deliver customer-focused HR solutions and demonstrate sound business judgment.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Strong analytical and systems skills, including proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.

- Project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday HRIS.

- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address workplace challenges.
