Auria is looking to hire a System Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO. The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Analyze real-world data related to Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness
- As a member of an Agile Scrum team, develop and deliver features and stories aligned with program objectives
- Gather and interpret real-world data
- Create new algorithms to utilize the data effectively
- Continuously update existing algorithms based on new data
- The primary work location is the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) at Schriever AFB, CO
- Possess a robust analysis background that spans multiple disciplines, enabling effective data filtering to predict future ballistic missile threat scenarios
- Experience in performance analysis and characterization of large-scale complex system simulations, focusing on ballistic missile threats, weapon systems, and command and control architecture
- Must have a working or theoretical understanding of ballistic or non-ballistic missile defense concepts, including Battle Management and Command and Control (BM/C2) systems, defense communication systems, and the Missile Defense System (MDS)

- or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Must possess data analytics skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and filter large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform predictions of future ballistic missile threat states
- Knowledge of system engineering principles and practices is also required, including system design, development, testing, and evaluation, as applied to ballistic missile systems and associated command and control systems
- Must have experience in analyzing and characterizing ballistic missile threats, including threat systems, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and the ability to predict future threats based on trends and patterns
- Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical disciplines that underpin ballistic missile threat analysis and prediction, including the ability to integrate and analyze data from diverse sources to inform predictive models and simulations
- A solid foundation in math and physics is necessary, along with experience using tools like MATLAB to analyze complex data and develop realistic scenarios that support the analysis and testing of missile defense systems
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
