Responsibilities:

* Liaise with the external vendor for development needs

* Build workflows and carry out customizations

* Work with stakeholders across the business to gather business requirements, ensuring CRM optimization

* Create a roadmap to prioritize future enhancements and projects

* Carry out training and support across the business

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Required Skills:

* Experience working as a Business Analyst, fit gap analysis,

* Experience working with documentation and training

* Dynamics CRM customization experience
