JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary

The Product Management Analyst utilizes knowledge of back-office operations, Treasury Management services and customer needs to assist in the development and maintenance of assigned Treasury Management products. The Product Analyst's detailed knowledge allows the position to translate bank and customer needs and functional application deficiencies into system requirements. This position directly supports the Senior Product Manager and Product Manager(s) with ongoing product management and development initiatives for all Treasury Management product lines, including development support, testing and ongoing maintenance. Position works extensively with development team members to ensure the technical implementation of enhancements fulfill the product vision as defined by Product Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Key SME uses knowledge of applications, specs, implementation process and user interface to ensure optimal product development and rollout of new products/enhancements
  • Primary individual for identifying and articulating issues and required resolution/changes
  • Product Management liaison with Business/Application Analyst during product development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes
  • Work with Product Owners to develop accurate and relevant test plans
  • Develop and maintain accurate and relevant User Acceptance Test cases to demonstrate client experience during development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes
  • Execute test cases and report findings to Product Owners
  • Coordinate feedback from all testers executing the UAT to the Product Owner
  • Assist with implementation of developed and/or enhanced products
  • Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products
  • Identify customer business requirements and recommend product features
  • Identify product opportunities/deficiencies to improve Bank's TM product line
  • Develop specialized knowledge of assigned and related product lines
  • Develop and enhance professional rapport with all areas of the bank
  • Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • At least 4 years of Bank Operations experience
  • At least 4 years supporting Treasury Management products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Fiserv Premier background preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and back-office operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • End-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • UAT Test script development

Language Skills

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have. MS: Excel, Word, Mail, Project, Sharepoint, Powerpoint.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

CTP a plus

Other Skills and Abilities

Negotiation Skills a must. Good project management skills, Good research skills, Good ability to handle multiple projects and product initiatives at one time.Excellent analytical and communication skills including effective vendor management for the needs of the Bank.

Excellent customer service skills, Solid business writing skills & User Acceptance Testing experience

Salary Range:$26.52 To $36.47 Hourly
