Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary The Product Management Analyst utilizes knowledge of back-office operations, Treasury Management services and customer needs to assist in the development and maintenance of assigned Treasury Management products. The Product Analyst's detailed knowledge allows the position to translate bank and customer needs and functional application deficiencies into system requirements. This position directly supports the Senior Product Manager and Product Manager(s) with ongoing product management and development initiatives for all Treasury Management product lines, including development support, testing and ongoing maintenance. Position works extensively with development team members to ensure the technical implementation of enhancements fulfill the product vision as defined by Product Management. Language Skills Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have. MS: Excel, Word, Mail, Project, Sharepoint, Powerpoint. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations CTP a plus Other Skills and Abilities Negotiation Skills a must. Good project management skills, Good research skills, Good ability to handle multiple projects and product initiatives at one time.Excellent analytical and communication skills including effective vendor management for the needs of the Bank. Salary Range:$26.52 To $36.47 Hourly
