Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Position Summary
The Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions plays a strategic leadership role in driving the recruitment and enrollment efforts for graduate programs at the Fox School of Business and the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management, with a particular focus on the Executive DBA and PhD programs. This position is responsible for developing and executing data-driven recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals across multiple graduate programs. The Senior Associate Director works closely with the Director of Graduate Admissions to shape and implement high-level enrollment plans, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and market trends. The incumbent provides oversight and guidance to admissions team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment. This includes managing day-to-day recruitment operations, coordinating team activities, and mentoring staff to support a seamless and effective admissions process.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and nurturing prospective candidate pipelines, cultivating relationships throughout the admissions lifecycle (from inquiry through registration), and representing the programs through on-campus and off-campus events, information sessions, and customized recruitment engagements. The Senior Associate Director also partners with internal stakeholders, including academic departments, marketing, and alumni relations, to enhance outreach efforts and strengthen brand visibility. This role also contributes to the development and implementation of cross-program recruitment initiatives and enrollment strategies, in collaboration with the Director, to support the growth and diversification of the graduate student population at Fox. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least five (5) years of experience in enrollment management, recruitment, sales, corporate engagement, or a related field, preferably within a University setting
* Experience working within a customer relationship management (CRM) environment to manage prospect/lead/corporate relationships
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
* MBA
* Enrollment management experience within graduate management education
* Experience with Sungard Banner, EnrollmentRX, Slate, and/or Salesforce

Required Skills and Abilities
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally
* Requires high level of interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in the US and internationally on a daily basis
* Demonstrated ability to speak in front of large and small groups, as in delivering information sessions, lectures, or speaking at industry-specific conferences or trade shows
* Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and various software applications used in sales, recruiting and/or admissions (including Microsoft Office programs, constituent relationship management and student information systems)
* Demonstrated success with the achievement of enrollment goals and the ability to use a counseling-based approach for the recruitment of new students
* Ability to track progress towards goals and undertake activities that support the achievement of those goals

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
