Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Critical Initiatives End-to-End: Lead select strategic and operational workstreams across engineering, services, and program delivery. Own execution planning, cross-functional alignment, and milestone delivery.
  • Structure and Problem Solve: Frame complex operational and organizational challenges into structured workplans. Develop clear analysis, actionable insights, and solution paths.
  • Build COO Operating Rhythm: Support the design and execution of COO-level cadences-e.g., QBRs, transformation reviews, dashboarding, and issue escalation frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Influence and Alignment: Partner closely with senior leaders across product, engineering, delivery, and finance. Influence decisions through facts, structured narratives, and persistence-particularly in cross-functional settings where alignment is difficult.
  • Roll Up Your Sleeves: Step into ambiguous, "no owner" problems and make traction. Conduct analysis, prepare exec materials, chase dependencies, or drive team coordination where needed.
  • Support Execution Oversight: Track high-priority risks in key programs. Help build tools to improve visibility into delivery confidence, resource bottlenecks, and schedule variances.
  • Maybe assigned additional duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Execution-Oriented: Proven ability to independently own and drive initiatives from start to finish.
  • Organizationally Savvy: Can navigate complex, matrixed structures with minimal guidance.
  • Highly Structured & Analytical: Strong slide-writing and Excel modeling skills; able to build narratives that are clear, data-driven, and actionable.
  • Resilient & Action-Biased: Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and doing what it takes to move work forward-even if that means getting in the weeds.
  • Product & Systems Fluent: Understands the delivery lifecycle of integrated software/hardware systems in a project-based environment.
  • Hard-Working & Flexible: Willingness to work long hours when needed, adapt quickly, and manage through periods of limited structure.
  • Influential: Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Minimum Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in a top management concluding firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain
  • Four-year college degree in Business Administration, management, or a related field. Industry and MBA highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a top management concluding firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) in Project Leader roles or similar roles
  • Experience in program delivery, operations, transformation, or complex system deployment * Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools
  • Strong executive communication skills and comfortable managing up and engaging directly with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in system integration and/or SW product development cycle preferred Logistics
  • Location: Remote, with some domestic and international travel to program sites (e.g NY, Boston, London)
