Job Title: Quality Inspection Technician Location with zip code: Mountain home, PA 18342 Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. to $28.00/hr. Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 1^st shift Duration: 18 + months Job Description: Supports inspection of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment OR. HS/GED and 8 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment. Expanded Description: Utilize GD&T knowledge to create CMM inspection programs. Support the CMM Programming team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions. Support the MRB (Material Review Board) process with non-conformance screening. Qualifications We Prefer: CMM programming experience with Zeiss machines. Expert knowledge of GD&T drawing interpretation, and implementation of measuring systems. Experience in manufacturing or quality in the aerospace industry. Knowledge of aerospace industry quality standards and procedures. Advanced knowledge of ASME Y 14.5-1994 and ASME Y 14.5-2018. Excellent priority management skills. Experience inspecting parts for conformance using mechanical inspection tools, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, etc.
