- Broker Management/Contracting:
 
   
     
    - Oversee broker agency and agent contracts, ensuring all licensing and regulatory requirements are met and documented.
 - Maintain and update broker records, including contact information, activation/suspension/termination data, and system access (e.g. unique IDs, security compliance)
 - Manage all agency post-execution contractual downstream deliverables for annual licensing, security, compliance/ethics, liability, et. al.
 - Manage broker compliance, including training assignments, proof of completion, and follow-up on untimely training.
 -  Coordinate monthly agency exclusion checks, and document results as required by CMS.
 - Maintain documentation of brokers' licensing, accesses, training, and compliance activities.
 - Communicate and resolve broker-related grievances within CMS timelines and maintain agent oversight documentation per CMS and sales management guidelines.
 - Ensure all agents are properly licensed and appointed prior to going live.
 
     
    
  - Reporting/Analysis
 
   
     
    - Collect, analyze, and report on broker activity and performance metrics, including broker compensation and sales data.
 - Generate and distribute monthly reports on active brokers to relevant stakeholders.
 - Support the Sales Reporting Analyst with compensation data and analytics to ensure timely and accurate broker payments.
 - Coordinate the implementation and tracking of sales campaigns assigned to the broker channel, including prospect extract requirements, validation, distribution, Salesforce assignment/tracking and reporting as set by sales management.
 
     
    
  - Broker Sales, Support, and Training
 
   
     
    - Coordinate and execute on sales campaigns and strategies to meet annual sales goals, including prospect extract requirements, validation, distribution, and reporting.
 - Respond to broker inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of service and meeting SLA response times.
 - Manage inventory of agency and agent sales collateral and supplies. Coordinate and support broker requests for vendor tables and event/workshop participation.
 - Maintain a SharePoint site with current and previous year agency, agent, member, training, and sales materials.
 - Deliver broker training programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
 - Assign and track annual and ad hoc HMSA compliance, sales, and product training; document completion and follow up on untimely training.
 - Revise and publish the Broker Policies and Procedures Manual annually, collecting attestations of receipt from brokers.
 Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
