QPS Employment Group is hiring a Skilled Recruiter for our Brookfield
, WI branch. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated and committed to hard work, with a great work ethic. The person must possess the genuine desire to run their own recruiting desk and self-manage. The Recruiter will recruit, interview and place Skilled Trades candidates in careers with local businesses. It will also include follow-up with our candidates and our clients to ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will learn and implement the company's and team's best practices and processes to use time and resources more efficiently and achieve your goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Recruit and fill job openings that require specific, often times niche skill set
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals
- Maintain communication with clients and candidates to keep them updated
- Perform interviews and conduct all necessary background checks
- Build relationships with clients to stay informed of current and future hiring and business needs
- Present offers of employment to candidates and assist in any necessary counter offer and/or benefit negotiations
- Attend client tours to help in the completion of job descriptions
- Document all applicant and client information accurately
What we look for:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2-3 years recruiting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, auto insurance
