Summary of Job Description: Under the supervision of a Senior Attorney or Senior Manager, Due Diligence, the Legal Due Diligence Associate Attorney contributes to the management of real estate transactions overseeing the legal due diligence, participating in contract negotiations and project management activities for real estate transactions.This position may participate in vendor relationship building and negotiations.
