Position Summary
This position provides administrative support for the Substance Use, Mental Health, and Justice research team, located in the School of Social Work, to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. The successful applicant will be expected to coordinate day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing project communications, and maintaining detailed records of grant activities and deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills to assist with tracking deadlines & preparing progress reports. The person in this role will work closely with the research team to facilitate collaboration, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and excellent computer and communication skills. Success in this role will depend on the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and support the research team's administrative needs in alignment with the goals of their funded projects.

This is a two-year limited-term, grant-funded position. Continuation of employment may be contingent upon available funding.
