Position Title: Eligibility Representative

Position Summary:

• 
  

  Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Eligibility.

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Implements, updates, and maintains automated, direct connect and/or manual eligibility data.

  
  
• 
  

  Interacts with internal partners.

  
  
• 
  

  Review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensures customer data is resolve accurately and timely.

  
  
• 
  

  May work with internal Systems to resolve errors.

  
  

Qualification & Experience:

• 
  

  General knowledge of Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Eligibility.

  
  
• 
  

  Familiar with Medicare Part A, Part B and Part C.

  
  
• 
  

  Preferred Experience in Healthcare Insurance and Enrollment and Eligibility.

  
  
• 
  

  Prior Data Entry and enrollment experience highly preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong Customer Service skills.
