Markon is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team as part of the Propulsion Plant Team Trainer
(PPTT) project!

Perform electrical drafting and design work.

• Collaborate with engineers to create and modify electrical drawings for PPTT equipment.

• Review supplier electrical designs to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of state-of-the-art naval training simulators.

• Must have active DOE L clearance to be considered.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Potential for telework up to 15%.

Desired:

• Proficiency performing electrical engineering drafting.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and techniques.
• Experience creating or reviewing electrical engineering designs based on approved technical requirements.
• Proficiency with engineering software including SolidWorks, SolidWorks Electrical, and/or AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers, low voltage electrical distribution, audiovisual, or telecommunications systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
