Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive and creative Account Management team as a Client Success Coordinator.
This super exciting entry-level role serves as a launchpad into client services and healthcare, offering the chance to learn account management, campaign execution, and client relationship building.
This really is a uniqueopportunity to join a well-established organization, working closely with sponsors to activate exciting campaigns that connect them with their target audiences while supporting Account Leads in delivering seamless, high-impact, innovative client experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as a go-to partner for clients, keeping projects on track and relationships strong
  • Help launch and manage creative campaigns that connect healthcare brands with the right audiences, helping shape the future of healthcare
  • Provide clear communication, updates, and easy-to-digest reports, answering any questions from clients with the support of the team
  • Tracking projects and key milestones, organize campaign data to celebrate wins and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate and work as a well oiled machine with account managers, project managers, and creatives to deliver smooth, successful campaigns
Qualifications
  • Some relevant experience (internships or up to 1 year preferred)
  • A winning attitudeis essential to join the team, a forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in digital production, media, agency, publisher, and/or healthcare (pharmaceutical agency experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e xperience with project management systems (Workfront, Basecamp, MS Project, or similar) preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing-related creative processes (especially pharmaceutical/agency experience) is a plus
  • Attitude is everything, someone that is proactive with a willingness to learn will go far in this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $53,500 - $58,500 annually
