Description and Requirements

The Rest of World (ROW) Sales Service Delivery Team plays a pivotal role in supporting Lenovo's overseas sales operations, managing end-to-end business processes from sales pipeline to order fulfillment. As stewards of several enterprise-level strategic platforms, the team leads application design, development, and operations while shaping long-term technology roadmaps. This dynamic group includes IT Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Developers, Test Engineers, and AI Engineers, all working together to optimize channel sales and elevate global business performance.

Lenovo's ROW Sales Service Delivery Team is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative IT Product Analyst to help drive the success of our global sales platforms. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Engagement & Communication

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze business requirements and feedback.
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders and internal IT teams to align on expectations.
  • Support internal cross-team communication and coordination throughout the product lifecycle.

2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Support

  • Assist in developing product strategy and managing the product roadmap.
  • Understand the product lifecycle and support its planning and execution.
  • Help promote product awareness within and beyond the organization.
  • Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to bridge gaps in understanding.

3. Business Solution Design

  • Support identification and evaluation of business solutions.
  • Design product features that align with business needs and product vision.

4. Product Management & Delivery

  • Contribute to user story creation, UX design, testing, and product launch activities.
  • Act as Scrum Master for the agile team, managing iteration cycles, backlogs, and team delivery.
  • Prioritize product features and regularly engage with the technical team to clarify requirements and prototype solutions.

5. End-to-End IT Solution Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to lead and coordinate end-to-end solution design and implementation.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin
  • Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days/week (hybrid schedule)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Familiar with AI concepts
  • Ability to work global hours (late night/early morning meetings)
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
