The Opportunity:
The Distribution Admin Associate ensures that orders being sent out of the site meet and/or exceed customer expectations by making sure orders are shipped properly and are packed according to customers' demands. This position prepares, analyzes, and communicates reports, and fulfills administrative duties required by the Warehouse Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: High School or GED - Required.
  • Experience: 1 year or more in Logistics / Warehouse experience.

Who you are:

  • Ability to work on a team within the department as well as others outside of department - Advanced.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all deadlines - Advanced.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills - Intermediate.
  • Strong communication skills - Intermediate.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

  • Ensures that orders being sent out of the site meet and/or exceed customer expectations by making sure orders are shipped properly and are packed according to customers' demands.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and communicates reports, and fulfills administrative duties required by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure proper procedures are met by customer shipping specifications prior to shipping.
  • Processes paperwork (bill of ladings) for shipments.
  • Works directly with leaders in various departments to ensure shipments are processed accurately and sets up for proper delivery means.
  • Communicate with LTL carriers to ensure there is enough room on the truck for the product.
  • Maintains and supports general logistics issues by either email or phone with carriers for delivery and/or pickup.
  • Performs, analyzes and communicates all reports weekly/monthly/yearly.
