Job Summary:

The Relative Services Program Manager oversees the Relative Home Assessment Services Program (RHAS) and Relative Support Services (RSS) Program in North Hills. The programs support relatives and non-relative extended family members referred by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) for pre and post approval support. The Relative Services Program Manager is responsible for administering the contract operations and delivery of services. The Relative Services Program Manager provides the direct supervision of Resource Family Partners (direct service staff) in accordance with our DCFS Contract requirements.

The Relative Services Program Manager is committed and organized so that they can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements contained in the statement of work and written directives. They engage and maintain ongoing communication with DCFS staff regarding program changes, needs, data tracking, etc. as well as the needs of a particular applicant/case.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (M.A.) from an accredited or state approved graduate school, in social work, social welfare, or related field such as marriage, family, and child counseling, child psychology, child development, counseling psychology or social psychology.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in social services or behavioral health working with children, youth, and families.
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish required (verbal and written).
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hills, CA

Salary Range: $68,250 - $82,911 per year

Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.
