We're looking for a Quality Systems Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations at our Crystal Springs facility. How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and mentor quality control technicians to uphold high standards.

• Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality engineering tools.

• Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes and test results in SAP.

• Report quality metrics and communicate performance insights to leadership.

• Conduct audits and inspections to verify process compliance.

• Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and capability.
  Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.

• Familiarity with transformer manufacturing and IEC/IEEE standards preferred.

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
