The Senior Salesforce Sales Operations Analyst oversees the management and development of Salesforce, which includes pipeline management, quoting, strategic account planning, CRM Tableau Dashboards, and any other CRM plugins we need to use in Sales. This position delivers new hire Training to all Sales Account Manager hires on how to use Salesforce and builds and maintains the Salesforce Training website with over 100 Salesforce training job aids and videos for our Sales team. This position has responsibility for process creation, documentation and improvement for any new business areas, such as the International business and Intervention business units. This position also manages some on-boarding activities and Welcome Packets for both the US Market and several International Welcome packets for direct buyers, distributors, and end users.



Sales Operations helps drive the salesforce productivity and effectiveness while providing the highest level of customer service for the sales organization to help ensure successful sales. Sales Operations is solution oriented and applies logical and rational decision making to resolve all unique customer challenges while ensuring solutions work within the systems and policies.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Manage Salesforce for the Sales organization: Create and manage new Sales team features and needs with sales input. Design and manage new field design and report design. Manage tickets with the IT group to build new features and functions and build and deliver training to Sales on new features. Manage and coordinate all UAT of any new features prior to implementation. Create and update all job aids and videos that train sales on how to use Salesforce for our company.
  • Manage the Salesforce quoting tool. Manage new field design and report design. Manage tickets with the IT group to build new features and functions and build and deliver training to Sales on new features. Manage and coordinate all UAT of any new features prior to implementation. Create and update all job aids and videos.
  • Manage Tableau CRM, our Data Visualization tool for the Sales Organization. Design and develop Dashboards with IT. Create and manage tickets and delivery and implementation across the sales team.
  • Sales Training: Design and deliver all Salesforce and Tableau CRM training for the entire Sales organization (over 400 members). Build and maintain all Salesforce Training Job Aids and videos and keep the Sales Training Site updated for all Salesforce users.
  • Manage on-boarding activities and Welcome Packets for both the US Market and several International Welcome packets for direct buyers, distributors, and end users.
  • Manage the catalog of key Savvas processes. Create any newly needed processes, documentation and process improvement for US Sales Operations, International Sales Operations, and any new business areas.
  • Provide Project Management skills and expertise for several projects per year as we enhance and improve business and Sales Operations.
  • Manage the Back-to-School improvement programs each year working with the overarching PM across the company as we identify and implement broad company strategies for improvement.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years in a CRM management or oversight role.
  • Salesforce experience and knowledge required.
  • Business analyst and project management experience desired.
  • Experience in the K-12 education market desired.



Additional Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:



  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, how it works, table structure, report creation.
  • Experience with Tableau CRM and Salesforce CPQ Tools.
  • Advanced Excel user experience.
  • Outstanding Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and ability to work directly with sales, product teams, and customers.
  • Must have formal or informal project management experience.
  • A good leader who shows flexibility as well as can communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must have outstanding time management and deadline management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Must possess a proactive approach and ability to direct and orchestrate large, multi- team efforts with tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to make sound business decisions and hold others accountable in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to document all actions and decisions for large projects.
