The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for advancing occupancy across our market rate communities by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that deliver targeted, localized marketing support that elevates brand visibility, attracts prospective residents, and generates qualified leads to activate the sales process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:

* Develop, in collaboration with internal and external partners, actionable, localized marketing strategies aligned with occupancy and revenue goals, and implement them upon approval.

* Create and execute approved media plans that incorporate both traditional and digital channels to effectively reach target audiences.

* Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, advertising placements, collateral development, events, and promotions to drive lead generation and engagement.

* Analyze lead performance, campaign outcomes, and market data to guide ongoing strategy ensuring all messaging, tactics and timelines are consistent with the marketing plan.

* Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and budget utilization and lead activity to inform future planning.

* Serve as the primary marketing contact for the assigned market-rate communities, offering consultative guidance and hands-on tactical support.

* Manage the day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, media vendors, and other external partners to coordinate campaign execution and content development.

* Oversee marketing budgets for assigned communities, ensuring responsible allocation of funds and optimal return on investment.

* Monitor expenditures and performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to support occupancy growth.

* Collaborate with internal Support Services resources to maintain consistent brand messaging while adapting campaigns for local effectiveness.

* Provide insights and feedback to help refine broader marketing initiatives.

* Analyze and interpret CRM (WelcomeHome) data to track lead generation, evaluate campaign results and align with sales strategies to recommend data-informed actions and optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.

* Perform all other related duties as assigned.
