Description

The Director of Sales Enablement leads strategic growth initiatives, driving business development through RFP management, market analysis and new revenue opportunities. This role support sales teams with training and tools, while partnering across functions to enhance service offerings and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



  • Provide strategic oversight and analysis for major business opportunities, including the evaluation of RFPs, development of competitive positioning, pricing frameworks, compliance strategies, and win themes.
  • Run point on coordination with appropriate internal teams for major RFP responses, proposals, major business opportunities as deemed by management.
  • Research and develop new verticals and revenue opportunities, and work with internal teams on product development to position for winning new vertical revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence, including payer landscapes, competitive assessments, regulatory and policy trends, and emerging opportunities across commercial payers, PBMs, Medicaid/Medicare MCOs and other government and commercial programs.
  • Develop and delivers continual product and internal navigation training and support for sales and account management team.
  • Analyze growth opportunities or volume loss across contracted clients shared among company-owned businesses to rapidly develop strategies and action plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess and implement new service lines, program enhancements, and innovation strategies that advance the company's market leadership.
  • Establish metrics and track performance for strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability for outcomes and alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties or projects as directed by upper management.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development market research, or related roles, preferably in healthcare environments.

  • Must have exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership on high-value initiatives, such as healthcare vendor services program growth, with consistent success in contributing to enterprise growth.
  • Must have proven ability to achieve significant growth results, including maintaining a 10%+ average growth rate across a portfolio and successfully onboarding new clients or service types.
  • Must have strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare and regulatory landscape.
  • Must be comfortable with digital tools and business systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions; ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
  • Must have the ability to follow instructions and respond to upper managements' directions accurately.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.
