Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time AI Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption and effective use of AI-powered technologies across the organization. You will contribute to training, research, and user support efforts, helping teams understand and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Assisting with the development of training materials and support documentation for AI Solutions

o Participating in user onboarding and feedback collection to improve AI tool usage

o Helping troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed

o Collaborating with other team members to effectively create position-tailored training plans

o Conducting research on AI tools and best practices to inform support strategies

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Possess or working towards a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field of study OR relevant work experience

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

o Demonstrate an interest in artificial intelligence, attention to detail and sense of urgency

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Willingness to learn new testing processes and development languages

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $15/hr -17/hr.
