The Case and Label Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the case and labeling operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed and fulfilled on time, while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the case and label department.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, including participation in CIP/OI programs.
• Monitor and report on all labeling activities and performance metrics.
• Develop, manage, and monitor overhead and labor budgets for the department.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure all team members receive required training and ongoing development.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with warehouse and maintenance teams to support operational success.

Experience:

• Minimum of an AS degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience in related manufacturing, warehouse, or operations management role.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in labeling or packaging operations is highly desirable.

Wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $85k-$95k annually
