We oversee technology strategy, Salesforce on Salesforce, customer and partner enablement, applications engineering, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise operations, architecture, and program enablement. This is an office-flexible role. In office expectations are 10 days a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.

Role Overview:
We're looking for an execution-driven Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise (Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Revenue Cloud) to lead the delivery of flexible product packaging, enhanced seller quoting experience, and Salesforce on Salesforce revenue-related initiatives.

As Customer Zero, you'll define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across our internal Sales teams. Your work will directly enhance seller productivity and transform how we use Salesforce's platform to drive innovation from within. You will lead a global team of Product Managers focused on AI agents and automation platform capabilities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-cloud collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the strategic direction for quote-to-cash and provisioning systems, optimizing for usability, trust, and business value.
Process Gap Simplification: Identify policy and process gaps, and streamline current and future workflows with a focus on automation.
KPI Definition & Tracking: Define product and business capability KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress.
Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data analysis to quantify impact, inform strategic decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, uphold scrum principles, and collaborate with the team to deliver iterative, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of product management experience, with deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud)
Proven understanding of CPQ and quote-to-cash architectures
Strong experience building quote-to-cash automation solutions (Quoting, Orders, Provisioning)
Clear, compelling communicator with experience in executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence
Experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework and Agile methodologies in enterprise product development
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal
Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities across global and virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications: Business Analyst, AI Specialist, Administrator
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, principles, and best practices

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $216,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $236,500.
