Data Science Enablement

Location:Washington DC
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required
Salary Range:$90-160k + benefits

KeyLogic is seeking a Data Science Enablement professional for potential work to empower the data science and analytics team for our federal client. You will deliver high-impact insights efficiently and at scale. This role will focus on optimizing workflows, driving collaboration, improving tooling and processes, and acting as a liaison between data teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics operations, program management, or a related enablement role.
  • Familiarity with modern data science workflows, tools, and platforms (e.g., Jupyter, Git, Airflow, MLflow, Snowflake, dbt, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ideally with experience using Agile methodologies or tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a data scientist or data engineer.
  • Knowledge of MLOps or experimentation platforms.
  • Experience with internal consulting or change management.
