Your Job

The Corporate Finance organization at Molex is seeking a Global Process Manager. This is a support role for the Global Process Owners for RTR (Record to Report), FA (Fixed Assets), and Costing.

The primary responsibility is to support transformation, standardization, automation, process excellence, and continuous improvement within the Finance organization. This will be done by documenting processes, supporting the Transformation Intake Process, performing project analysis for transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting against developed Targets and KPIs and ensuring process performance meets business requirements, supporting policy changes through data gathering and analysis, monitoring for compliance and process performance, drafting corporate policies, and preparing presentations and communications as necessary. The focus of this role is to support the GPO Tower Vision to focus on innovation and transformation, building global frameworks for consistency and comparability, and supporting business objectives that deliver value within established global frameworks. Critical to success in this role is the ability to thoroughly understand and document the processes in place, analyze data to support the formation of best practice processes and an optimal operating model, and excellent communication skills to effectively partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders within Molex and all other Koch companies. This position may require occasional travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting/finance process background, FI and CO SAP experience as well as other SAP modules that support RTR, FA, and Costing, the ability to analyze data, create a point of view, collaborate well with others, and communicate ideas effectively.

Our team is currently based in Lisle, IL at our Corporate HQ, within the United States. About 5% travel may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Support US GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements, DMET Data products, Pillar 2, Acquisition Integration, and Koch transactions to drive favorable economic outcomes
  • Support the GPO Tower Vision
  • Drive transformation through innovation, standardization, automation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in setting internal control governance within the context of the global frameworks and monitor adherence.
  • Actively engage and Knowledge Share across Molex enterprise and Koch companies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Innovative thinking, embracing creative destruction
  • Experience with Accounting/Finance processes
  • Experience with integrated financial systems, accounting systems, and database structures
  • Experience working on teams consisting of various resource backgrounds (e.g., Sales, Finance, Tax, IT, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with the FI, FA, CO, MM, and PP modules within SAP
  • Experience with Central Finance and EDP
  • Experience working with a system implementation or process transformation project

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000- $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
