Working in a team setting with provider relations coordinator, senior business coordinator, and administrative coordinator, the Senior Consultant will provide:
The purpose of this position: is to provide quality EAP services to employees and family members of client organizations, support managers and HR staff, and recruitment of qualified and available clinical providers. This is achieved by assisting clients with work-related, personal and emotional problems, family relationships, and substance abuse problems. The position also assists providers with complex cases and navigating high risk client situations. Qualifications
