Exception Processing Associate

This position will be a part of the Exception Processing department within Bank Operations. The Exception Processing department is responsible for many critical tasks including, but not limited to, processing garnishments, subpoenas and state levies, processing transactions that fail to post systematically, managing posting decisions for overdrawn accounts, and processing disputed ACH activity.

• Ability to work in a team environment where knowledge-sharing and cross-training is encouraged
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience with basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Previous banking experience and/or and Associates degree is preferred, but not required.
