The hiring range for this role is:

105,232.10 - 162,156.28

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of change and knowledge processes within the organization. This role ensures that all changes are managed in a controlled manner, including standard changes and emergency maintenance related to business processes, applications, and infrastructure. It also plays a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and managing corporate information and information services to support business units across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations and development of change management processes, collaborating with process owners to enhance organizational effectiveness and reviewing change risk and impact analysis to minimize risks and impacts. 20%
  • Manage the problem management process, working on root cause analysis, identifying and preventing potential problems, and minimizing the impact of unavoidable issues. 20%
  • Collect, analyze, and manage corporate information to support business units, leveraging industry-specific knowledge for the benefit of the organization. 20%
  • Provide change management reporting, perform periodic process audits, and communicate the benefits of change and problem management. 15%
  • Co-chair daily operations call to provide updates on day-to-day operations, address critical issues, maintain an issue log, and provide a forum for team updates. 15%
  • Co-chair the Change Management Board and facilitate emergency changes, acting as the single point of contact for project-related changes and documenting unauthorized changes. 10%

    Required Education, Certifications and Experience:

    Education:

    • Required Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

    Experience:

    • 5+ Years IT work experience focused on production support Required

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    • Deep understanding of Change and Problem management principles, methodologies, and tools in an ITIL framework.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess risks, impacts, and potential hurdles.
    • Effective communication and influencing skills.
    • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Proficient in the use of metrics for estimating.

    Additional information:
