About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in managing marketing operations systems that support content development, promotional review, and fulfillment at Neurocrine. This position coordinates approval and delivery of print and digital content and works cross-functionally while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires proficiency in marketing operations platforms including Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Medical, and Adobe Workfront to support system administration and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational capabilities in managing promotional material lifecycles, optimizing processes, and analyzing performance metrics. This position is responsible for maintaining system documentation, providing user training, and supporting vendor relationships to ensure effective marketing operations execution.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Manages Veeva Vault PromoMats Veeva Medical and Adobe Workfront systems, including user provisioning, metadata configuration, workflow optimization, and Veeva media content publishing

  • Creates and maintains user guides, work instructions, and training materials

  • Coordinates with promotional materials fulfillment vendors, monitors materials ordering, and analyzes metrics to enhance operational efficiency

  • Manage and record system updates in change management system

  • Conduct and record audits for user licenses and materials (accurate expiration and publishing)

  • Evaluates review team performance metrics and proposes process improvements

  • Delivers training to stakeholders on PRC procedures and systems

  • Reviews and analyzes PRC and Vault performance metrics to identify trends and recommend enhancements

  • Organizes digital asset management systems to ensure efficient content organization and retrieval

  • Administers system access, licenses, and updates while troubleshooting user issues and documenting changes

  • Maintains Marketing Operations SharePoint sites, developing and managing site content

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences and

    4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, training, and/or certification OR

  • Master's degree and 2+ related experience OR

  • Understanding of marketing operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and guidance related to development and use of promotional materials

  • Experience with promotional material reviews including medical, legal, and regulatory teams

  • Demonstrated broad understanding of processes, procedures, and systems used to accomplish team's work and familiarity with underlying concepts in other disciplines

  • Understanding of how the role integrates within the function and understands contribution to company business objectives

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment across various stakeholder levels

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Veeva Vault (PromoMats & Medical) or related promotional review system

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Workfront or related workflow management system

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to resolve complex cross-functional challenges

  • Utilizes strong project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines

  • Shows proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across functions

  • Applies strong attention to detail while maintaining broader operational perspective

  • Exhibits flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrates vendor management experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $101,200.00-$146,550.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
