Responsibilities Assigns daily clinic coverage responsibilities to Pacemaker department staff, ensuring all clinics are adequately staffed by either in-house personnel or device representatives. Provides support in clinics as needed, including hands-on assistance and device troubleshooting for OHHP physicians and department staff. Serves as a primary resource for technical expertise related to cardiac devices. Coordinates and facilitates staff training sessions, department meetings, and continuing education efforts. Oversees administrative functions such as timekeeping, leave management, and scheduling to ensure compliance and efficiency within the department. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Graduation from an accredited school of nursing program preferred Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma state licensure preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 18 months of hire Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred Every team member at OHH plays an integral role in our patients' experience.
