How you'll make an impact:
Join our Commercial Analytics and Data Science (CADS) team as Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics and Data Science, focused on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). In this full-time role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of advanced CLTV models that drive subscriber and revenue growth. We're looking for someone with analytics, data science, and machine learning skills-along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical solutions. You'll work closely with other data scientists, engineers, and partners across marketing and finance to help build and scale CLTV-focused capabilities.

What you'll do:

  • Support the enhancement and refinement of our Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) model to align with business needs.
  • Evaluate model performance across different customer and trialer cohorts, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase accuracy and stability.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Marketing and Finance to help integrate CLTV insights into decision-making and planning.
  • Research and apply new methodologies for CLTV modeling, adapting relevant approaches to SiriusXM's customer landscape.
  • Build dashboards and tools that present lifetime value metrics in a clear, actionable format for business users.
  • Partner with teams within Commercial Analytics & Data Science to contribute to experimentation, testing, and machine learning initiatives that incorporate CLTV throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Prepare and transform new data sources into machine-learning-ready datasets to improve model performance and business impact.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, operations research, engineering, mathematics, economics, physics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • Prior experience building Customer Lifetime Value models
  • 5+ years of experience working in data science and analytics
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, or R
  • Relational database experience
  • Experience with automation and/or Generative AI is a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $145,000 to $160,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
