Job Summary |
Auburn University is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to serve as the
Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment. This position plays a vital role in leading recruitment and matriculation efforts across the Southeast region, with a focus on increasing Auburn's visibility, market share, and enrollment from both in-state and regional markets. The Assistant Director will design and implement targeted recruitment programming, supervise a team of admissions professionals, and use data-driven strategies to inform territory management and outreach.

Essential Functions |
- Lead recruitment activities in the Southeast region to increase applications and enrollments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, including high schools, community organizations, and alumni.
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment to develop and execute region-specific programming aligned with institutional goals.
- Supervise and mentor a team of admission advisors, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Travel to assigned territories to build relationships with prospective students and families, ensuring effective recruitment practices and excellent customer service.
- Analyze recruitment data using Slate CRM to support territory management and optimize enrollment strategies.
- Participate in the admissions committee by reviewing applications and contributing to admission decisions.
- Enhance Auburn's reputation and recruitment footprint through strategic partnerships and outreach in regional markets.
