Your Role on Our Team:

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Operate the Hylift (40%)

  • Perform repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as, changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards (40%)

  • Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal, and Plexiglas (40%)

  • Build or fabricate workstations, devices, etc. to support continuous improvement (30%)

  • Use hand, power tools and shop equipment for fabrication and repairs (30%)

  • General Rigging (Equipment moving) (30%)

  • Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering (30%)

  • Stock maintenance supplies and maintain supply inventory (30%)

  • Order spare parts and supplies and rebuild machines as required (30%)

  • All non-routine and electronic machine maintenance and upkeep machines as required (30%)

  • Replace electrical motors and components (30%)

  • Wire fabricated equipment to meet specification and per NFPA and other applicable standards (20%)

  • Install new equipment (20%)

  • Advanced PLC maintenance (20%)

  • Read and troubleshoot PLC and Ladder Logic

  • Write PLC Ladder Logic

  • Design and fabricate components (20%)

  • Design and install guarding (20%)

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards (20%)

  • Isolate and replace digital and analog CNC drives (10%)

  • Basic Robotics (10%)

  • Train team members (10%)

  • Adhere to all safety requirements and drive safety improvements through improved machine design and controls (10%)

  • Practice 5S (5%)

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Proficient understanding and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Must have forklift operator certification

  • Schematics (Electrical, hydraulic etc.)

  • Advanced PLC Logic

  • Robotics

  • Proficient knowledge in industrial electricity/wiring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 40 semester hours of industrial trade training or 5 years general maintenance experience

  • Qualified electrician and basis electronics
