Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating personnel. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving ability, and a sharp focus on process improvement, team motivation, and quality assurance.

• Recommend actions to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency
  
• Review daily operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production issues
  
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems
  
• Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance data to proactively identify problems
  
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff as needed
  
• Resolve personnel grievances and support employee engagement
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and personnel records
  

• Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Deep understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control methods
  
• Familiarity with machines, tools, and their use in manufacturing, including maintenance and repair
  
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans, blueprints, and models
  

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  
• Minimum of 10 years of production or manufacturing experience required
