MUST:

Active DoD Secret clearance

Experienced Systems Administrator

5+ years of overall IT experience

1+ years of experience in systems administration

Strong Active Directory experience

Some SCCM experience is a plus

Strong understanding of DISA STIG process and procedures (tuning, optimizing, monitoring and archiving)

Manage Army user account request process for Army 365 service on NIPR/SIPR

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong attention to details and solid documentation skills

Security+CE is required

Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred

DUTIES:

Will create, delete, and manage user and computer accounts, security groups, permissions, and Group Policy Object processes

Install, manage and maintain server platforms

Install, configure, and maintain Army-approved server operating systems

Help diagnose and resolve software and hardware conflicts for host operating system

Monitor and optimize the performance of the server processes

Review server event logs to identify abnormalities or diagnosis

Ensure server operating system meets all necessary service pack and patching levels

Configure and maintain DHCP server, to include configuration and maintenance of IP scopes

Manage Army user account request process for Army 365 service on NIPR/SIPR

Provide full system administration of NAS/SAN storage devices, to include managing NTFS permissions, replicating data to disaster recovery site, troubleshooting client connectivity issues, upgrading firmware, monitoring logs, managing disk space allocations, provision, and provisioning, configuring, and maintaining volumes

Work with server application/program users to resolve conflicts between operating system and hosted
